Method:
Put the mushrooms, cheese, breadcrumbs, onions, herbs, seasoning and egg into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Divide into eight portions and shape into burgers. Then lightly coat in flour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry over a moderate heat for 15-20 minutes turning until golden.
Serve as you would ordinary burgers. In buns with salad or with potatoes and vegetables. |
