Today's Recipe




Lamb kebabs - for 4-6

900g cubed lamb steak, leg or fillet
1.5 tbsps of sweet paprika
1 tbsp of olive oil
Juice of a lemon
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsps of oregano or thyme
Sea salt and black pepper
Bay leaves (optional)



Method

1 Place the meat into a large bowl.

2 Combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour over the meat. Mix up. Leave to marinate.

3 Put the meat onto the metal skewers. Alternate with bay leaves (optional).
(Preheat grill to maximum if indoors.)

4 Grill on a hot barbecue for a few minutes each side until the meat is crunchy outside, pink and tender inside.
