A list of top tips has been compiled by white collar workers to economise during the recession. The tip, that scooped 36% of the vote in a poll by the online shopping reward scheme www.internetcashback.co.uk suggested DVD and book swapping in the office.
The poll asked over 500 office workers to recommend their penny pinching advice for economising during the credit crunch.
The results were as follows:

Registering with the site earns the user £10 to add to their personal cashback account.
