New Year value from Motability Car Scheme

Disabled drivers can continue to obtain great value when it comes to choosing a new car. Motability, the leading car scheme for disabled people, has unveiled its prices for the first quarter of 2009 and there are still plenty of great value options, new cars and greener models on offer all at the best possible prices. Some popular models have even seen a price reduction. There are over 40 manufacturers to choose from including specialist converters for Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles.

200 different cars with no advance payment

Despite the current financial downturn, Motability Operations, the company that manages the Car Scheme, has set out to keep at least 200 different cars with no advance payment. This means that anyone who chooses a new car on the Motability Car Scheme this Winter can choose from popular makes and models all at no advance payment, such as the Citroen C1, Ford Focus, Honda Jazz, Mazda 2, Nissan Micra, Peugeot 207, Renault Clio, Seat Ibiza Sport Coupe, Toyota Avensis, Vauxhall Vectra and the Volkswagen Polo.

Mike Betts, chief executive, Motability Operations commented:

“Great choices, great prices and great service are the essential features of the Motability Car Scheme. As household budgets become ever more pressured, it has never been more important to offer a wide range of affordable motoring options. Customers both old and new will enjoy the favourite names that remain at the lowest possible prices on the Motability Car Scheme.”
